Because your bloodstream brings blood to your organs, that’s how they become affected. These toxins enter into various areas of your body and they begin to sap you of your energy because the contaminant doesn’t belong there. Your body is detoxing all the time. So instead of always looking for the next best detox program, why not change your life. Detox that which no longer serves you in your life and is bogging you down. You can certainly start with your diet by eating real food. No more eating packaged and processed foods and start eating organic.

Maybe your life is too overwhelming right now to start there because of bad relationships or job. So before you have the energy to work on your nutrition, you might have to free yourself from certain relationships. The stress you carry in your life will impact how well your body detoxes.
