I am not much for New Year’s resolutions.  Are you?  The new year is only a few days away.  I can’t believe it!  What a year 2018 has been.  Though I am not one to make a New Year’s resolution, your health should always be a priority.  It can be a real challenge this day in age.  However, in order to maintain good health we have to respect and take care of our bodies.  One way to do that is by taking good care of our guts or digestive health.
