I am on a mission to build a tribe for women’s health and wellness.

Women’s health concerns start early, as soon as their reproductive system begins to prepare their bodies to carry a child in adolescence. The following decades become a literal cycle of hormonal ups and downs which have the potential to adversely affect a woman’s life. When this reality is considered along with the usual hazards of being human, health and wellness at any age can seem a bit overwhelming.

It doesn’t have to be. You can build a lifetime of health and wellness by making healthy lifestyle choices. Healthy lifestyle choices, combined with knowledge of your personal and family health history, allow you to prevent or offset negative health outcomes and enhance the positive.

Here are a few tips to get you started:
Eat well. Exercise. Stay hydrated with water and herbal beverages. These three alone can keep the body functioning healthily.

Try to keep your sugar exposure low. Simple sugars, candy, sweets and cane sugar, spike insulin levels which can eventually lead to insulin resistance, the precursor of type 2 diabetes.

Get your Vitamin D from the sun or supplements. Vitamin D is essential for bone health. It also seems to have a mood enhancing effect which can be beneficial for premenstrual syndrome sufferers.

Get enough sleep. The brain integrates the lessons of the day and the body repairs itself during your sleep cycle. Make time to sleep well; sleep quality matters as much if not more than how long you sleep.

Have fun. Laughter lowers blood pressure, decreases stress levels and releases endorphins.

Now all of this sounds great, right?  But so many women don’t know where to start.  That is why I started the Path to Hormone Health Membership Tribe.  To help women just like you who are looking for support to balance not only there hormones, but their overall health and wellness.

Inside the Path to Hormone Health Membership Tribe you will be provided with the tools, resources, support and and accountability you have been looking for to have more energy and feel comfortable in your own body again.  To learn about what being a member looks like and how to join, CLICK HERE NOW!
