Balancing Hormones – Where to Begin?

Balancing my hormones for GOOD did not come at an easy time in my life.  

I’m not unlike you.  I was always waiting for the perfect moment that was going to magically arrive to take care of myself.

As a busy mom working full-time, going to grad school and a family to take care of, I was being stretched in so many different directions.  I went through the spectrum of exhausted and burnt out to confidence and determination… up and down that spectrum… probably 10 times a day!

It took discipline, sacrifice, and a lot of tackling my fears head on.

I get what you’re going through…

I get that it sucks. I get that it’s hard. I get the sacrifice.

I get it because I’ve been there.  

When are you going to say enough is enough?!

That is what I asked and made that decision to finally create a different life for myself.

Making that leap to change things in my own life, I now have had the opportunity to help other busy women like yourself on how to deepen their relationships with themselves so they can fully step into self-care and a healthier, happier version of themselves.

Sharon felt exhausted.
She worked long hours at a job she loved, yet was very stressful and was struggling to get her nutrition back on track… but she wasn’t getting very far. After working with me, she lost 40 lbs in 3 months and says she finally understands how to listen to her body and eat intuitively.  She also says, “If I had stayed on the path I was, and kept trying to do it all myself, it would have taken me YEARS to lose the weight and feel this confident in my body!  I knew something had to change as I was tired of the weight gain, the pain and the lack of self-worth.”

Jessica was struggling with hot flashes.

With my help, she realized it was not her hormones that were contributing to her brain fog and fatigue, but her gut was the root cause.  She healed her leaky gut and was able to take back control of her life.  She was able to get more done at work and enjoy going for a walk again without pain and exhaustion.
