Staying Well During Cold and Flu Season

How are you feeling?  Have you fallen victim to a nasty cold or the flu?

None of us want to be sick and there are things you can do to lessen your chances of succumbing to a cold or flu.  In this video I share some of the things you can do to lessen your chances of becoming ill and things you can do if you do come down with either a cold or the flu this season. 

Start with the following: good hand washing, staying home when you are ill, good hydration, adequate sleep, stress avoidance, optimal vitamin D, and and herbs and supplements like andrographis, zinc, elderberry, echinnacea, and astragalus.
