What to Expect During the Change or Perimenopause

How would you like to know what to expect during the change or perimenopause?

Perimenopause is the period in a woman’s life when she is transitioning to menopause. This transitional phase can begin up to ten years before officially entering menopause, depending on the woman. The rather abrupt hormonal changes that can occur during this transition leads to uncomfortable and frustrating symptoms for many women. The symptoms can vary significantly from one woman to the other, and some women may not experience any symptoms at all. Women begin perimenopause typically around 35-50 years of age.

My goal is to help you get your energy back so that you can feel comfortable in your own body again and start living life each day without hormone imbalances that are dragging you down.

As a functional medicine nurse practitioner, I have helped thousands of women to end their hormonal chaos and overwhelm so that they can restore their energy and feel comfortable in their own bodies again.

In this special training you’ll discover:

  • How to gain a clear understanding of perimenopause.  What it is and what to expect.
  • The three major hormonal changes that occur in perimenopause.
  • And you will be provided with tips on hormone testing and wellness strategies for hormone health.
