How I got off the hormone roller coaster ride.

Like millions of other women, I once suffered from fatigue, weight gain, and other hormone related symptoms.  It was 2006 and it was like being on a roller coaster….up and down, twisting and turning over and over again.

My health seemed to be out of my control.  I felt nothing I was doing was working to end my brain fog, fatigue, weight gain, and host of other hormone related symptoms I was experiencing at the time.  I felt scared, frustrated and overwhelmed.

I knew I didn’t want to feel this way anymore.

I decided things had to change. That’s when I made my “No Plan B Commitment” to myself.

Staying in a cycle of hormonal chaos was not an option. Continuing to feel like crap every day was not an option. Feeling like I was walking through quicksand each day was not an option.  Yes, I was getting older, but I was not about to accept that this was the way it was going to be or how I was going to feel the rest of my life. I was all in.

So I made a decision that I was going to figure out how to get control of my body and feel comfortable in my own skin again without complicated and time consuming or expensive protocols or prescription drugs.

That is when I stumbled upon functional medicine and learned from some of the best experts in the industry.  I discovered where I was making mistakes and was given a plan on how to turn my wacky and out of control hormones around.

I implemented all of the principles and as a results, I got my energy back, the brain fog lifted, my weight stabilized and I started to feel like myself again.

This was my turning point.

Since then, I have invested considerable time and money into learning all I could about hormone health from a functional medicine perspective.  It made complete sense to me.

I learned that I had to quit treating symptoms and get to the root cause.  I took what I learned and started sharing it with other women.  Busy women, just like me.  Now years later, I have worked with thousands of women to help them get off the hormone roller coaster ride and on a path to hormone health.

So let me ask you a question…

Have you ever felt like giving up because you’ve tried everything and NONE of it’s worked and you still don’t feel great?

That feeling of getting up in the morning and DREADING even getting dressed because you are tired and frustrated of not getting answers as to what is going on with your body.

My guess is you are experiencing hot flashes and night sweats that are stressing you out during the day and keeping you up at night.  You may be struggling to get through the day due to the overwhelming fatigue and brain fog like I was.  This likely is also causing you to be forgetful and is affecting your work performance.  On top of that you are irritable with your co-workers and family.

Maybe you are struggling with heavy and irregular periods, or even infertility.

It is consuming your every thought…yet you wish it wasn’t.

And you might be thinking….But I’ve tried EVERYTHING, so it doesn’t matter, because even if I wanted to end the hormonal chaos and overwhelm, I probably can’t as nothing seems to work.

Here’s the thing, my whole purpose is to help you see that it IS possible for you 😉 to get off the hormone roller coaster once and for all.

You can do this without giving up all your favorite foods, working out 7 days/week or taking prescription drugs.

Because I know it’s hard, and those moments where you think, “Can I really do this?” seem like they take over and you start to believe them.

So if you’re *truly* ready to make a change, here’s how…

Join me inside the Path to Hormone Health membership tribe where I share my best tips and strategies (the same stuff I have taught other women) so that YOU can take your first step toward lasting results.

I know this might seem like “just another thing to try.  But let me ask you:

  • Are you tired of being told everything is normal, but you feel anything but normal?
  • Are you tired of being told and even believing it is all in your head?
  • Are you tired of trying a handful of supplements and don’t feel any better?
  • Are you tired of trying to figure it out on your own without any support, guidance or accountability?
  • Would you like to be a part of a community of women helping women?

If you answered yes to one or all of these questions, then I would strongly encourage you to consider joining me inside the Path to Hormone Health Membership Tribe.
